Fist Bump

I had a lot of fun visiting Costco in Atlanta, Georgia. Now it was time for me to fly back home to California. I got on board and took my window seat on the left side. Soon, a beautiful young woman set next to me in the middle seat. I told her she can use the armrest between us. I said, “And I will not talk to you. I may give you a fist bump after we landed.” She smiled back.

A few minutes later her boyfriend came and set next to her on the aisle seat. I felt a little awkward that I didn’t know she was with her boyfriend. But I did tell her I will not talk to her. So…

It was a 4-hour flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles. The Sun was still up, and we flew by some beautiful clouds. I watched Harry Potter and Sound of Music on my iPad. The couple next to me talked for an hour, took a nap, and the girl played games on her smartphone. I caught her occasionally in the corner of my eye. She was tall and good-looking. If she was my girl, I would worship her.

And, of course, I didn’t talk to her.

We finally landed, but it took extra time to get to the gate. Finally, the seatbelt sign was turned off, and people started to stand up and reach for their luggage.

Her boyfriend stood up and turned his back on her for a short time. At that exact moment, she quickly turned to me with a big smile.

And gave me a fist bump.

Costco Coupons May 7 – May 31, 2015

*NUBZ dog chew review.

Costco coupon book is out. I see a lot of good stuff to buy this month.

If you are a dog owner, check out NUBZ (edible) dog chew. I have a few bags of these that the PR people sent me. I gave these to 8 dogs so far. All 8 dogs loved them. It’s supposed to be good for their teeth. So far all 8 dogs went crazy over NUBZ even before I took it out from the package. Since then, I gave NUBZ to the same dogs a few more times. They all enjoyed NUBZ every single time. Cute…

They are $4 off during this coupon period.

Costco Shopping (Morning) April 12, 2015

I went to Costco at 10 AM as they open the door Sunday morning. I believe this was my first time shopping at Costco on Sunday morning. The parking lot was almost full when they opened the door. The warehouse got packed in no time. Long lines formed right away.

There was a $20.00 coupon on the Water Ridge kitchen faucet. I bought this exact faucet three months ago without a coupon ($78, 99). So, today I bought the faucet at $58.99 and returned it on my old receipt for $78.99 back. I brought a copy (print out) of my old receipt. There was no issue using my print-out receipt.

What you don’t see in the picture are 2 cases of Perrier (24 bottles each).

Coupon saved $38.70

After shopping, I had a hotdog for breakfast.

Visiting Atlanta, Georgia Costco – March 2015

I went to Costco in Atlanta, Georgia! And I stayed in Macon for the weekend. How cool is that?

I miss Cracker Barrel, Waffle House, Mrs. Winner’s, Piggly Wiggly… and Southern hospitality.

I wish to retire in Georgia.
