Costco Shopping - March 28, 2009

* Today's Costco shopping: 13th time this year, 3nd time this month

I spent less than $70.00 today.

I have a cold, so I bought some chicken soups and medication.

(I am too busy to keep up with my Costco blog...)

John - You must eat a lot of carrots and apples.  I see that you buy them all the time!  How do you eat them?  Do you eat your carrots raw?  Do you eat them as snacks?  I bet that you stay pretty healthy eating so many carrots and apples!

Hi~  Welcome!

I have a juicer.

I don't believe I eat healthy.  I am physically OK naturally (blessed).

So, Juicing is least I can do for my health.  I've been juicing every morning for last 6-7 months.  Morning juice is something I do religiously.  Even if I'm late for work by 1 hour, I would still get my juice. 

I use:

  • 2 apples
  • 1 pear
  • 4 carrots

I try to buy cheap fruits and vegetables from local markets as well.

I don't believe I eat healthy.  I eat a lot of bad stuff.  I just don't share that information.  I am thinking about recording (photographying) everything I eat for 1 month so I can evaluate my diet. 

I mean, check out my snack shelf (photographed 3 days ago).  You won't find any protein bars there.
