Hi.

Just letting you know that I am back.
I had a busy 2-3 weeks.

I went to Costco in San Diego.
I went to The Sea World.
I ate 1 pound burger - they put my picture on the wall of fame.
I took a 5 day vacation.
I went to a street fair in my city.
I went to Costco in Valencia.
I went to Costco in Oxnard about 3 times.
I bought the cutest lunch-box at Costco (you know which one I'm talking about)
I ate out a LOT~!!
I gained 2-3 pounds in 2 weeks!
What else...

All that busy time reminded me that I am truly happy with my every-day routine.

Anyway, I'm back and I am well (I was not sick or anything).
Now I'm back to my normal diet and exercise routine.
I can lose 3 pounds in no time.

If you are a coffee drinker like me, do NOT get Dunkin Donuts coffee from Costco.

It tastes bad. It's dry and bitter.
I can't use it.
I can't give it to anyone (it would be insulting).

Maybe it goes well with donuts.  I don't know...

Latest Coffee Inventory - May, 2010

Some people know me that I easily get excited at something.  That's how I am... I get obsessed.

I've been drinking wine lately.  Not a lot, but...  I drank wine 10 days straight. (half of cup here, a sip there...).   That's significant, because I normally drink 2-3 times a year (no more than 1 can of bear at a time - basically, I drink when I have to fit in with my boss & coworkers).

Last Friday, my neighbor invited me to her wine party.  So, I was there drinking wine and smoking cigar with a bunch of young people.

Then I found out that wind is good for my health.

I will be stupid if I don't drink wine every day

PS. I've been doing so little shopping lately.  It's boring...

I have 3 pairs of dress shoes and 2 pairs of boots.  But I don't have any white sneakers. (I have a pair of gym shoes for workout & running, but that doesn't count).  I don't have any sneakers because I never wear jeans.  Somehow I find (ironed) dress pants more relaxing.

When I go visit my parents, I make sure that I am not wearing blue jeans, because I cannot take a nap while I'm in them.  It's suffocating.

Last time I bought a pair of sneakers was 10+ years ago.

Anyway.. Recently, one of my coworkers bought a pair of Adidas.  Then we had a serious discussion on "Nike vs. Adidas".  Most people favored Nike.  But, one guy hated Nike (this is the guy who just bought a pair of Adidas).

After all that talking about sneakers, I couldn't fight the urge to buy a brand new pair.  So, today I went to the Nike store and found this pair on sale for $29.99.  This was the cheapest pair, also the best looking one.  They were the last pair marked down as "Floor Model".

I also checked out the Adidas store.  But I couldn't find anything I liked.

Now I have to buy some jeans and matching shirts.

PS. Oh, I was so lucky that I found this pair.  Because all the sneakers nowadays have crazy designs.  They all look so stupid and childish.  It's very difficult to find normal looking shoes.  It's ridiculous.

Oh yes, I fixed dinner tonight with my new shoes on.

I have a cold, so I bought some chicken soups and medication.

The next item that's not shown are the leg warmers.  Sometimes my legs feel cold when I work on my computers at night. So I bought some cheap women's leg warmers.  Actually they feel fantastic.  I should have bought them years ago.  But I will not share a picture of it because I am embarrassed.
