Costco Coupon Book February 9 - March 1

Hi.
Some people in certain areas just don't receive Costco coupons.  I don't know what dictates that.

If you requested extra layer of "Privacy" from Costco membership you don't receive coupons.  That's what happened to me for 1-2 years. 

Mail-men don't steal coupons, come on...

Oh, the coupons are expired now.
But, don't feel bad, there was no coupon for tires.

Are you waiting for tire coupons?
Usually they give you coupons for expensive tires only.
If you buy their cheaper tires at regular price, you still get better quality tires at better price (compared to discount tire stores out there).
