Thank you John! It’s exactly what I needed. A good recipe with a no fuss approach!! It makes so much sense to look at it as a chore… do it and get it done with.

    Hi.

    Hi.

First of all, I don't eat for taste.  Vitamix is a quick chore.. I just get it done and move on with my life.  I make one when I wake up, and make another one when I get home (before dinner).

I put some ice and water to start.  The end result is two tall glasses of juice/smothie (4 tall glasses total a day).  I just gulp it down.. and I am full.

    I put:

    • Flax seeds (of Chia seeds) – About 1 tbl spoon.
    • Celeries – 3 or less (depends on how thick)
    • 1/2 apple – normal size
    • some carrots
    • Spinach to fill the container to top (or green mix)
    • Ginger to taste (when I feel like it)
    • Lemon to taste (when I feel like it)

I marked my Vitamix container with a marker, so I know exactly how much water I should put.

    I will post pictures.

You HAVE TO use it.  Do it~!!!

What is your daily smoothie like? I know you mentioned you make it twice a day… just curious. I have a vitamix too, need to get back on the smoothie wagon.

Oh, good to know.  I never compared price on organic eggs.  Thank you for letting us know.

All I know is that white eggs are coming from chickens living in cages so tiny that chickens cannot even turn around.. something like that. I am afraid to eat eggs from chickens living in THAT much stress.  Sucks for them.. 🙁
