Just went to Costco in Redwood City, CA and found the best desserts to bring as Holiday hostess gifts. I had never heard of a Croquembouche before, but leave it to Costco to have one. It’s a cone covered with cream puffs. Wow! It’s spectacular! I bought one for a Christmas dessert centerpiece. I can’t wait for evey one to see it! I also bought their Madison Cake. It’s chocolate decadence at it’s best! I’m taking this one to a Christmas party this week. It’s georgeous and delicious!

They were sampling these at Costco. Sooo good!

It looks like the Croquembouche has a chocolate tower in the middle that the cream puffs attach to!
