Merry Christmas. I will be baking another turkey early Christmas morning (tomorrow). I have 3 brand new meat thermometers that I tested in ice water & boiling water. This turkey will be super-fantastic.

This is one of my favorite Christmas songs. I don’t know the lyrics. It’s in French – about three angels(?). I posted 3 different modern versions below. They are so beautiful, it makes me want to cry. It’s shame we don’t hear this in American media. What else am I missing out?
