If you are an American Express TrueEarnings member, a replacement card (Citi Visa) will be delivered to you by June 20, 2016. We can start using the card on June 20, 2016.

There is nothing we need to do. All process will be taken care of for us.

Most of all, keep using your current American Express TrueEarnings card. The reward dollars will be transferred to your new card automatically.
