It was that way with each house we have purchased…..you are down to nothing but you will be able to save again soon. At least each month you are not throwing your money away on rent. Congratulations! I am sure your blog will continue you will now have many new adventures to cover with your new house.

that’s fantastic — literally living out your dreams — very rarely do people actually accomplish what they set out for — glad to see you’re doing it! =]
And yes — the better life gets the more responsbility we inherit — but it’s never easy but it’s always worth it at the end. Good luck John — may even better things come!
