How can I use these coupons if I am secondary on someones account and do not get the book?

I would go to Costco service desk and ask for a copy.
I used to NOT receive Costco coupons (I had “privacy” turned on, that’s why).
I used to go to customer service desk and ask for a copy. Sometimes they had them, sometimes they didn’t.
So, go to Costco on August 18, or before(?) and ask if you can have a coupon book.

Good Question. They don’t always give them out. If not find one off the floor or a shelf that someone left. There is always one there!!! Check on websites that have that months coupon book on the web, then see the sales!
