Old return policy

Hey, I bought a Dell laptop over two years ago from Costco (ship date is 9/18/2006), does anyone know…: 1. If that was before the new return policies on Laptops. 2. If 1= yes, will I still be able return / exchange my laptop for a newer one? Thanks!

Hi, as far as I know, computers have 3 months return policy.

Costco recently tightened return policy several months back. But Costco’s return policy is still very generous. Best that I know of.

So it used to be 6 month for computers and now it’s down to 3.

You see, a few years ago, you had “Lifetime return policy” on electronics such as big screen TV.

So, it was perfectly OK for you to return your 2 years old 37 inch TV and get yourself a newer technology 42 inch TV for free.

Free upgrade for life. Wild, wild stuff…

I bought TV model 7500
price 2979.99 a month later drop to 500 = 2479.99 and than 2 month if you buy from Aug,8 to Aug,15 with bonus free sound bar and then i return they don’t sell to me ????? any one help
