If you are planning to buy Saga Smart Toilet keep in mind
      1. Plumbing doesn’t meet the US standards. I.e. the parts that you can buy from Home Depot for $5-$15 you will order from Canada for $50+$23 (S&H)
      2. Electronics block is not repairable. To replace it you have to order the block from Canada for $600+$23 (S&H). Disposable product for 1000 bucks!
      3. No field tech service. At least at the US.
      4. Poor phone support.
My Smart Toilet worked for 3 years.
I am sad to invest $600 every three years.

Oh, I see. Thank you for the information. I wouldn’t have known about the issues of being a Canadian product (code, availability of the parts, & shipping).

I never thought about buying a toilet from Costco or any other store. You cannot return a toilet after installing because they would assume you used it. So, once you install a toilet, you cannot return it.

That’s why buying the right toilet on the first go is important. Thank you for the information.
