Fantastic bird and cook, John! I’ve been spatchcocking the bird every since I learned how BUT I think the presentation of the classic Norman Rockwell turkey that you made can not be topped! With the sides and gravy, I can’t wait for NEXT Thanksgiving!

My turkey came out excellent. I have a lot of leftover turkey vacuum-sealed and frozen in portions. I shall enjoy them throughout the year. 🙂
