Sonoma gourmet Ogranic Butternut Squash Pasta Sauce served with Bonterra Organic Cabernet Sauvignon
This was over boneless chicken thighs I seasoned and seared. Finished in the oven with sauce, onions, (love the bagged) peeled garlic along with Costco Parm.

We used roasted spaghetti squash as a low carb alternative. Organic frozen peas from Costco are nice and sweet.
The wine was good, I don’t usually drink a cab but this was light enough to pair it with.
Prepped to reheat leftovers next night for a drop in guest. The pasta sauce is the right consistency, no sugar added-thank you!

Gyros at home for friends and family…
This is the Costco boneless lamb.
I unwrapped the outer netted layer, marinated overnight and smoked the next day.
This was an awesome choice as the small packaging gives you an option to only open up what you need so you can preserve the rest for later time. Feta, cucumbers, lettuce and tomatoes were also purchased at Costco. You could even use the Nan flat bread at Costco instead of gyro bread, great substitute.
Fall Breakfasts: Frittata, Egg egg taco’s and a simple morning start with a mild bacon…

Frittata Casserole
Pick out any: Eggs, cheese, “veggie/meat/potato-precooked” of choice. Can be from leftovers, preferably to use up for a great morning group breakfast. If you add bread cubes its a Strata. Google a recipe today!
If you prefer to make a breakfast sandwich buy either English muffins or crescents that are stocked year round at Costco and toast. Don’t forget your fruit.
Hatch Egg egg Taco’s

Slightly heat up egg thins on a saute pan and fill with your own fillings
New Organic Bacon
The flavor of this bacon is really good because it’s not to salty, smokey or fatty.
80’s reference

I have a coworker who’s in my age range. I often test him with 80s trivia.

I went to his office a few days ago. This is how the conversation went.

John: Good morning. Hey… do you remember EPMD?
Coworker: Yes.
John: What was that one thing he hated?
Coworker: (looking right at me) Bitin’ MC.
John: Oh yeah~~~. Thank you. Have a nice day.
