Hi. Do you mean Rosemary branches sitting on top of the fish? They are for flavor and no, we cannot eat them. If we want to eat Rosemary, we chop it finely (mince). At least that’s how I do it.
Both rosemary and lemon are from my front yard. They grow like weeds in California.

I’m planning to buy that salmon on sale this time around. We’ve bought frozen tilapia before – and shrimp, of course. But first time for frozen salmon.
How do you usually cook it when you have it? Broil? Grill?

There are better ways to cook those salmons. But I cook mine putting the least amount of time and effort.
I posted an 11 second video here.
I use salt and pepper, sometimes lemon, rosemary…
I would sear it at hi temp for a few minutes, and reduce temperature for several more minutes.
Sometimes I turn the fish, sometimes I don’t bother to turn it (The skillet is covered).
With this, I will learn other ways to cook it. I would like to try different recipes, but I’m just lazy.
